Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced Energy Management System (EnMS) specialist to support ISO 50001:2018 implementation, governance, audits, and performance reporting. The role focuses on energy reviews, data accuracy, and dashboards across assets and functions.

Responsibilities include coordinating EnMT meetings, developing energy scorecards (Power BI) and embedding energy culture through awareness campaigns and training for the EnMT group.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, energy, or related discipline.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 50001:2018 (Lead Auditor preferred - or qualify within six months).
• Experience in energy management, operations, or technical services (oil & gas preferred).
• Strong coordination, data analysis, and reporting skills (Excel skills - Power BI skills preferred).

Responsibilities

• EnMS implementation and governance: support day-to-day operation in conformance with ISO 50001:2018; coordinate internal and external audits; maintain documentation.
• EnMT coordination, facilitation and reporting: plan meetings, issue agendas, track actions, ensure timely information flow; prepare performance reports.
• Energy review, data and performance monitoring: support development of energy registers, scorecards, dashboards; ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Improvement initiatives and long-term programs: coordinate energy improvement initiatives and monitor against targets and plans.
• Audit, compliance and assurance: support audits and NCR closure; facilitate conformance demonstrations.
• Awareness, competence and engagement: coordinate awareness campaigns, training, and induction of new EnMT members.
