Job summary

Worley seeks a skilled EnMS professional to drive energy management within our operations in Oman. You will implement governance for ISO 50001:2018, coordinate cross-functional EnMT activities, and deliver energy reviews, dashboards, and performance reporting across assets.

Experience in energy management, operations, or technical services (oil & gas preferred) is essential; strong data analysis and Excel/Power BI skills are required to monitor progress and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requires degree in engineering, energy, or related discipline.
Strong practical knowledge of ISO 50001:2018; Lead Auditor preferred or eligible within six months.
Experience in energy management, operations, or technical services (oil & gas preferred).
Excellent coordination, data analysis and reporting skills; advanced Excel and Power BI use essential.

Responsibilities

Lead EnMS implementation and governance activities in line with ISO 50001:2018.
Coordinate EnMT meetings, minutes and action tracking; ensure timely information flow.
Develop energy reviews, dashboards, EnPI scorecards, and performance reports.
Identify and track energy improvement initiatives; monitor milestones and risks.
Support internal audits and surveillance; ensure NCR closures and compliance.
