Job summary

Oman Refinery is seeking an experienced energy management professional to lead the ISO 50001–compliant EnMS rollout across all assets in Oman, develop procedures, and coordinate energy reviews.

You will organize EnMT meetings, maintain energy data collection, monitor EnPIs and baselines, and report progress to asset owners and sustainability stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years in mechanical, electrical, process or energy engineering with ISO/lead auditor qualifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mechanical, electrical, process, or energy engineering
• Experience implementing ISO 50001 EnMS including energy reviews and SEUs
• ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification mandatory
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of ISO 50001–compliant EnMS across all assets in Oman
• Develop and enhance EnMS procedures and document control
• Conduct energy reviews to identify SEUs and performance gaps
• Organize EnMT meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
• Monitor EnPIs and baselines; report progress to asset owners and sponsors
