Job summary

Oman Investment Authority seeks a Lead Engineer to drive the energy performance program across all operated assets in Muscat. You will deploy and maintain the EnMS, develop documentation, and coordinate energy reviews to identify savings and optimization opportunities.

The role requires 8+ years in energy engineering, ISO 50001 experience, and mandatory ISO Lead Auditor certification. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop EnPIs and baselines, and report results to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in mechanical, electrical, process engineering or energy management.
• Experience implementing ISO 50001–compliant EnMS with energy reviews and SEUs.
• ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification mandatory.
• CEM certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and operation of EnMS across all assets.
• Coordinate periodic energy reviews to identify SEUs and opportunities.
• Develop and monitor EnPIs, baselines, and energy objectives.
• Lead energy-related projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Promote energy policy awareness and conduct EnMS training.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and ensure ongoing certification.
