Job summary

Maysan Properties SAOC is seeking an Intermediate Architect with 5–6 years of experience to join our design-driven team in Oman.

You will lead design development, coordinate with engineers, and ensure delivery for luxury residential villas and large-scale projects, bridging creative concepts with technical execution.

Knowledge of Omani regulations and local materials is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (strong portfolio in luxury residential villas and large-scale buildings is a must).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and structural/MEP consultant coordination.
• Exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of Omani regulations, local materials, and regional construction practices is highly preferred.

• You will take ownership of design development, technical coordination, and seamless project delivery for luxury residential and large-scale projects.
