Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor - Proposals to lead the development of proposals and bids in the energy sector. You will coordinate with Region Leadership, Commercial Operations, and product teams to craft winning strategies, ensure compliance, and manage commercial risk across complex opportunities.

This onsite role requires deep Upstream knowledge, leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, commercial or science.
12+ years of oil & gas operator or service company experience.
Experience leading integrated commercial bids.
3+ years in integrated projects.
Strong Upstream business understanding.
Knowledge of well engineering, construction, rigs and equipment.
Leadership, interpersonal, analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all elements of I&S opportunities through the I&S process and stage gates.
Align stakeholders to build a winning proposals/bids strategy.
Ensure adherence to OFSE Sales and Commercial principles and I&S management system.
Develop project plans including risk, communications, sourcing, vendor management, schedule, quality and RACI.
Assess ROI and profitability with internal stakeholders and negotiate with customers.
