Job summary

Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking an In Room Dining Order Taker for luxury properties in Oman. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, upsell beverages and meals, and enter orders into the POS system to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in In-Room Dining or a similar guest-facing hotel position, strong English communication, and professional presentation. Flexibility for extended hours in a high-volume environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Secondary Education or relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong guest-service orientation with professional presentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and hotel systems/POS.

Responsibilities

• Take In-Room Dining orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions and services.
• Upsell food and beverages to guests.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system and coordinate with departments.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and safety standards.
