Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
• Provide information about the hotel and its amenities, as well as local attractions and services
• Arrange reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests as needed
