SafeBox is seeking a Concierge for a luxury hotel in Muscat, Oman. This full-time role offers a monthly salary and focuses on delivering exceptional guest service and personalized recommendations to guests throughout their stay.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and coordinate dining, activities, and transportation while maintaining a welcoming lobby environment and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Keen attention to detail and guest privacy.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.

As a Concierge for our luxury hotel in Muscat, Oman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Main responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
• Keep updated records of guest preferences and special requests
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required
