Job summary

arabius is seeking a Sales Specialist focused on lead engagement for Saudi language and culture services. The role covers the full lead lifecycle—from initial outreach through qualification and closing deals. It blends B2C and B2B sales with an initial focus on B2C in a hybrid work model.

You will bridge leads and conversions, ideas and execution, and strategy with creativity, contributing to the growth of the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in English and strong persuasive communication.
• Located in Riyadh or able to work there.
• Self-starter with comfort speaking to diverse backgrounds.
• Interest in languages, education, or cultural learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads across the full lifecycle from outreach to close.
• Conduct free trial sessions online and in person.
• Follow up with trial participants via phone, WhatsApp and email to convert.
• Explain pricing, session formats, and learning outcomes to clients.
• Maintain and update B2C and corporate sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Coordinate onboarding with operations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Contribute to overall growth of the sales team.
