Job summary

National Aluminum Products Co SAOG in Muscat seeks an experienced HSE Officer for full-time employment. The role focuses on enforcing HSE standards, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating training to foster a safe industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in OH&S (or related field) with 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and professional certifications such as NEBOSH/OSHA. Arabic and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent certifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Environmental HSE standards.
• Monitor workplace safety and identify potential hazards.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
• Maintain HSE records, reports and incident documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities including fire drills.
• Investigate incidents and support preventive measures.
• Liaise with external authorities and stakeholders on HSE matters.
• Collect and analyze safety data to improve HSE performance.
• Provide timely support and guidance on HSE-related matters.
