Job summary

Delta Infralogistics Worldwide is seeking an HSE Advisor/Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies at our Oman site. The role requires a minimum of five years in HSE, including at least two years in the Middle East, with NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.

You will conduct risk assessments, PTW oversight, regular site inspections, and safety training for employees and contractors while maintaining comprehensive HSE records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• At least 2 years in the Middle East.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification required.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at site.
• Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, JSA, TRA and toolbox talks.
• Monitor PTW systems and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections, HSE audits, and safety observations.
• Investigate incidents and near misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee high-risk activities and PPE usage; ensure compliance.
• Deliver safety inductions and awareness training for employees and contractors.
• Maintain HSE reports, inspection records, and safety documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health Safety and Environmental HSE policies and procedures at site
• Conduct risk assessments HIRA JSA TRA and toolbox talks
• Monitor Permit to Work PTW systems and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections HSE audits and safety observations
• Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor high-risk activities including working at height confined space entry hot work and lifting operations
• Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with site safety standards
• Conduct safety inductions and awareness training for employees and contractors
• Monitor environmental controls emergency preparedness and safe work practices
• Maintain HSE reports inspection records and safety documentation

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience.
• At least 2 years of Middle East experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HSSE experience in a comparable scope of work.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or construction projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, PTW, incident investigation and HSE compliance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
