Job summary

Experience seeks a senior HSE IMS governance professional to lead the OQEP HSE Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 and applicable legal requirements. The role coordinates with Quality, Energy, and other functions to maintain an aligned IMS framework across assets and corporate functions.

Key duties include audit programme development, certification support, management review facilitation, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HSE IMS or IMS roles in Oil & Gas or industrial sectors.
• Experience in ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001 and related standards is essential.
• Strong knowledge of document control and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, govern, and continually improve the HSE IMS to ensure compliance with statutory and international standards.
• Coordinate identification and implementation of applicable standards within the HSE IMS.
• Develop, review, update, and maintain HSE IMS documentation and records.
• Control, distribute, retain, and maintain HSE IMS documents and records per IMS Manual.
• Coordinate and facilitate HSE IMS workshops, meetings, and training activities.
• Lead integration and continual improvement of HSE IMS per ISO standards.
• Develop and maintain annual internal and external audit programmes.
• Conduct and coordinate internal and external HSE IMS audits and prepare audit reports.
• Ensure audit findings and NCRs are tracked and closed in HSSE system.
• Support certification, surveillance, and recertification audits for ISO management systems.
• Coordinate MRMs with agenda, inputs, and action tracking.
• Develop HSE IMS performance reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Lead development projects and promote digital document management within HSE IMS.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE IMS requirements and perform reviews.
• Maintain the HSE IMS corporate document library and templates.
• Participate in periodic assurance audits and site visits to verify implementation.
• Represent OQEP in external industry groups and standards forums.
• Assist Department Manager with other HSE-related studies and assignments.
