Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Managerial level HR analytics professional in Oman to support analytics activities, data governance, and the development of AI/BI solutions for HR decision-making. The role focuses on predictive modeling, dashboards, and seamless data integration to maintain a single source of truth for HR data.

The position requires 0–2 years of experience in analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

The role holder is responsible for supporting HR analytics activities and collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources. The role holder is also responsible for developing and maintaining AI and BI solutions to support HR decision-making and business needs. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

Develop and apply predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and potential solutions for HR-related business needs.

Develop HR analytical models and forecasting techniques to support HR business analysis and maximize the effective use of HR data for decision-making.

Analyze and identify key drivers of high performance and employee attrition using predictive models and data analysis.

Support the maintenance of talent inventory by analyzing key talent characteristics and benchmarking internal and external talent to support talent attraction and retention.

Prepare function-specific workforce analytics dashboards covering, but not limited to, attrition, absence, performance ratings, nationalization, diversity recruitment, workforce cost, and headcount analysis, and share insights with HR Business Partners to support decision-making and development actions.

Support HR teams in maintaining a reliable single source of truth for HR data by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Support the integration of new technologies and initiatives into established HR data standards and structures.

Ensure compliance with CAD data quality processes and standards when collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data.

Develop and support predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to address HR business requirements.

Support the development of functional designs, process designs, prototypes, testing, training materials, and support procedures for AI solutions.

Support the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions to meet organizational HR analytics requirements.
