Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Managerial level HR analytics professional in Oman to support analytics activities, data governance, and the development of AI/BI solutions for HR decision-making. The role focuses on predictive modeling, dashboards, and seamless data integration to maintain a single source of truth for HR data.

The position requires 0–2 years of experience in analytics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in digital enablement and analytics.
Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.
Experience with HR data governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply predictive models to identify trends and HR solutions.
Create HR analytics models and forecasting to support decision-making.
Analyze drivers of attrition and performance using predictive models.
Support talent inventory and benchmarking to aid attraction and retention.
Prepare workforce analytics dashboards on attrition, absence, performance, diversity, headcount, and costs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across HR data sources.
Assist integration of new technologies into HR data standards and BI solutions.
Develop and maintain BI solutions to meet HR analytics requirements.
