We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Nizwa Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify potential new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
• Manage the sales team and provide training, coaching, and support as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
