Job summary

AquaNav in Nizwa, Oman is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead the sales team, and drive growth and profitability in the region.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/marketing, 3+ years in sales management, strong communication and leadership, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus). You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the same industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills a plus.

Requirements
