Job summary

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea in Oman seeks an HVAC Specialist to ensure optimal air conditioning, ventilation and related systems across the property's engineering operations.

You will maintain HVAC conditions, address technical issues promptly and support all other departments to sustain high service standards and operational excellence.

Ideally, a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Management with knowledge of preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Ideally, degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Knowledge in preventive maintenance programs and special projects will be valuable.
• Technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent service across customers.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department.
• Maintain optimal HVAC conditions and promptly address technical issues.
• Support all other operating departments to ensure operational excellence.
