Job summary

Müllers Solutions is seeking a Helix Process & ITSM Analyst / Workflow Engineer to join our technology consulting team in Oman. You will analyze, design, and implement workflows within the Helix ITSM platform to optimize IT service management and align with business objectives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop training materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of IT service management experience, specifically with Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
Strong workflow design and process-mapping skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze current workflows within Helix ITSM to identify improvements.
Design and implement efficient ITSM workflows to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and align solutions with business needs.
Develop training materials and documentation to support users.
Monitor performance and refine workflows based on feedback and metrics.
Stay updated on ITSM trends and best practices.
