Job summary

Müller's Solutions invites applications for a Helix Support / Technical Support Analyst to join our remote team. You will provide exceptional technical support for Helix environments, helping clients troubleshoot issues related to version control, software deployments, and integrations while collaborating with customers and internal teams to maximize Helix efficiency.

You will participate in onboarding, training, and creating a knowledge base, and work with development and DevOps to implement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of technical support experience in software or version-control environments.
Strong knowledge of Helix Core and version-control concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for Helix users and resolve issues promptly.
Troubleshoot Helix Core configurations, integrations, and performance problems.
Onboard and train clients on Helix functionalities and best practices.
Document issues and solutions to build a customer and internal knowledge base.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement solutions.
Stay updated on Helix product changes and communicate them to clients.
Contribute to ongoing improvements of support processes and tools.
