Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a senior BMC Helix IT asset management and discovery consultant to lead client engagements in Oman. You will drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of BMC Helix IT asset management and discovery modules to improve asset visibility and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in IT asset management and discovery implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in BMC Helix IT asset management and discovery modules.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman) on‑premises.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ability to integrate BMC Helix with ITSM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BMC Helix IT asset management and discovery modules.
• Configure and customize the BMC Helix platform to client requirements.
• Conduct assessments and workshops to gather requirements.
• Develop integration strategies to connect BMC Helix with other systems.
• Provide guidance on asset lifecycle management and discovery processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of BMC Helix solutions.
• Deliver training and documentation for client teams.
