Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee HSE programs across drilling and field operations in Oman. You will develop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments and drive a strong safety culture in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities include leading safety training, ensuring compliance with Omani and international HSE regulations, investigating incidents and liaising with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering or related discipline.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
• At least 10 years of HSE management experience in oilfield services or drilling.
• Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards.
• Strong leadership and English-language skills; Arabic is an advantage.
