Job summary

Confidential Company in Oman invites an experienced executive to lead the Specialty Lubricants business as Business Head – Lubricants. You will drive sales, marketing, and business development, and own P&L to deliver sustainable profitability.

The role requires 12–15+ years in lubricants or related sectors, an MBA or engineering degree, and a proven record of building high-performing teams. Located in Muscat, the position reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of leadership experience in the lubricants, specialty chemicals, or industrial products sector.
• Proven success in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and P&L management
• Strong experience in distributor management, OEM engagement, key account management, and market expansion
• MBA or Engineering degree preferred
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for the Specialty Lubricants business.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, budgets, and EBITDA.
• Expand market presence through new customer acquisition, channel development, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage key accounts, OEMs, distributors, and institutional customers.
• Drive product portfolio growth, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
• Identify new business opportunities across industrial and automotive sectors.
• Develop and implement marketing, branding, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop high-performing commercial teams while fostering a results-driven culture.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, and Finance to ensure business excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and commercial governance.
