Job summary

Gender seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to drive process improvements across shipyard operations, reconcile budgets with actual resource use, and coordinate strategic manpower and financial planning. You will lead project evaluations, monitor man-hours and consumables, and develop KPIs to provide management with real-time visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of shipyard operations/production control/operational excellence.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project evaluations focusing on Budget vs. Actual performance.
• Monitor man-hours and consumables to identify variances and waste.
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR to align manpower and financial planning.
