Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of shipyard operations, production control, or operational excellence.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills in Budget vs. Actual analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of man-hour tracking, consumable management, and shipyard workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance and HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project evaluations with stakeholders, focusing on Budgeted vs. Actual performance.
• Monitor and analyze man-hours and consumables to identify variances and waste.
• Evaluate shipyard logistics to improve vessel turnaround times.
• Manage relationships across divisions to align on standards and changes.
• Coordinate with Finance for budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Develop operational KPIs and dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Ensure cost-control measures align with safety and quality standards.
• Support audits with well-maintained documentation and SOPs.
