Job summary

Gender in Oman seeks an experienced Production Leader to head all core technical production disciplines in shipyard operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality hull, piping, mechanical, electrical, and outfitting works in line with project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Naval / Marine Engineering is required.
• 12–15 years of shipyard or heavy industry experience preferred.
• Strong multi-discipline technical leadership and productivity management capability.

Responsibilities

• Implement production strategies, policies, and targets as defined by leadership.
• Translate approved production plans into detailed technical execution strategies.
• Support continuous optimization of production methods, sequencing, and resource utilization.
• Lead all technical production departments to ensure integrated and efficient execution.
• Identify execution risks and implement corrective actions; enforce standard processes.
• Direct and control departments to ensure timely, safe, and quality execution of works.
