Job summary

The Sultan s School Oman seeks an experienced Head of Learning Support Inclusion to lead Secondary Additional Support from August 2026. You will develop personalised provision for students with learning and language needs, guiding teachers, leaders, parents and external agencies.

As a senior inclusion lead you will shape inclusive practice, provide CPD, monitor student progress and contribute to school improvement while sustaining strong relationships with the school community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-qualifying teaching experience
• Bachelor's degree closely related to your teaching subject
• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent
• Under 60 years of age due to visa restrictions
• Safer recruitment checks will apply

The Sultan s School Oman The Sultan s School seeks to appoint an experienced and inspirational Head of Learning Support Inclusion to lead its Secondary Additional Support provision from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate inclusion specialist with energy expertise and leadership ambition to make a real difference to students across the Secondary School. You will lead the development of personalised support for students with learning and language needs working closely with teachers leaders parents and external agencies. The role will also provide an opportunity to shape and strengthen inclusive practice across the school supporting staff through guidance and CPD and ensuring students receive the right provision to achieve their potential.
