Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Oman is seeking a leader to oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service. The role focuses on guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and delivering financial results while ensuring compliance with F&B laws and regulations.

The individual will develop and implement the business plan for F&B and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years’ experience in food & beverage or related area.
• 2-year degree in a related major with 2 years’ experience in food & beverage or related area.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains budgets for Food & Beverage departments.
• Leads and supervises Food & Beverage team and day-to-day operations.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and brand service culture.
• Manages human resources activities including performance reviews and coaching.
• Complies with corporate accounting procedures and internal controls.
