Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Handover Coordinator to support client handover activities and ensure a seamless delivery experience. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and cross-functional inputs, while maintaining audit-ready records.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, Legal and Customer Experience teams to prepare packs, checklists and compliance documents, ensuring timely handovers and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field.
• 2 years of handover coordination or related experience.
• Proficient in documentation, client communications, scheduling and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the client handover process and ensure documentation readiness.
• Track deliverables, follow up with internal stakeholders, and update logs.
• Prepare handover packs, checklists, manuals and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Legal and Customer Experience teams for inputs.
• Schedule client handover appointments, walkthroughs and orientation sessions.
• Attend and support client handover meetings and capture issues for resolution.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems per audit and quality controls.
• Track progress of readiness, defects closure and documentation completion.
• Provide administrative support to the Handover Manager and team.
