Jeel Engineering L.L.C. in Muscat seeks a motivated Marketing & Business Development Officer to promote services and solutions, grow market presence, and support company growth across public and private sectors.

You will develop marketing plans, identify opportunities, and nurture client relationships. You will coordinate with technical and management teams, manage digital campaigns, prepare proposals, and represent Jeel at local and international events, exhibitions, and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in engineering, technology, consultancy, utilities, telecommunications, or related sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong in both Arabic & English communication/written skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote Jeel Engineering's services and solutions.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, target sectors, and potential clients.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Arrange client meetings, presentations, and company introductions.
• Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Create engaging content for company campaigns, announcements, and events.
• Increase company visibility through exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
• Participate in and represent Jeel at local and international exhibitions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of opportunities, client interactions, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with technical and management teams to support business development objectives.
