Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, advertising platforms, and dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns and advertising investments.
• Support lifecycle and CRM marketing activities, including email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Sales, Operations, and external agencies to support growth initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
