Role Description

Mobile Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist – Full‑time on‑site role located in Muscat. The specialist will focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels, utilizing data insights and growth hacking strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and executing marketing automation campaigns, analyzing user behaviors, managing performance metrics, and optimizing mobile app growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with the product, sales, and analytics teams, the specialist will identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, draft compelling campaigns, and engage users effectively
• Proven experience in growth hacking and driving mobile app user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to align growth strategies with revenue objectives
• Project management skills to coordinate and execute cross‑functional marketing initiatives
• Experience with marketing automation tools and managing digital ad campaigns is a plus
• Proficiency in digital marketing and app store optimization (ASO) is highly preferred
