Job summary

Experience is seeking a Supervisor Rider On Ground Ops to lead logistics operations and a team of coordinators across zones in Oman. You will detect fraud signals, enforce SOPs, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will manage Rider Coordinators, drive fraud detection improvements, and report KPIs weekly to line management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–5 years in food/grocery tech industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Influencer and negotiation with good public speaking skills.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and act on Fleet Partner Rider fraud signals at the zone/individual level.
• Lead operational compliance oversight across allocated zones.
• Supervise Rider Coordinators and set accountability frameworks.
• Conduct site visit audits and spot checks for compliance.
• Serve as liaison between riders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end process for rider-level cancellation fraud patterns.
