Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Director of Sales Proposals - Integrated Solutions to lead all elements of I&S opportunities, ensuring gate deliverables and compliance with commercial principles. You will coordinate with regional leadership, product lines, and contractors to build winning strategies and manage risk.

You will drive negotiations with customers and vendors, craft project plans, and hand over contracts with clear SLAs as projects mobilize, leading global integrated projects in a dynamic energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline.
• 15+ years of oil & gas operator or service company experience.
• Experience leading integrated commercial bids and integrated projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all elements of I&S opportunities through the I&S process and gate deliverables.
• Coordinate opportunity pursuit with Region Leadership, Commercial Operations, I&S leadership, and product line teams.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed, including OFSE Sales and Commercial principles.
• Develop and maintain project plans: Risk, Communications, Sourcing, Vendor Management, schedule and cost model.
• Lead negotiations with customers, contracted parties, vendors and others.
• Perform contract handover through SLA components during project mobilization.
