Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a Project Expediting Manager to drive expediting activities across suppliers, vendors, and service providers for a complex international project. You will ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials, manage risk, and collaborate with procurement, contracts, and project controls to maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Project Management, or Manufacturing Management (preferred).
• Membership of a recognized procurement or supply chain institution (preferred).
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Expediting, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project expediting activities across suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Develop and implement the Project Expediting Plan and related processes.
• Ensure visibility of manufacturing and delivery status for all critical procurement packages.
• Drive supplier performance to meet project schedule commitments.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate expediting with Procurement, Logistics, SQS, Materials Management, and Project Controls.
