Kent is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Expeditor in Oman. You will be crucial in expediting procurement activities for oil and gas EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Your responsibilities include monitoring supplier progress and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to prioritize critical deliveries.
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in expediting, a strong understanding of vendor manufacturing processes, and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time position based at the Head Office.

Responsible for expediting procurement activities for oil and gas EPC projects, ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials, equipment, and services in line with project schedules and construction priorities. The Expeditor acts as a key interface between suppliers, procurement, engineering, and project teams to monitor order progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve delays.
The role requires a strong understanding of long‑lead equipment, vendor manufacturing processes, and logistics constraints typical to oil and gas projects. The incumbent ensures full visibility of order status, supports compliance with contractual delivery terms, and contributes to maintaining project schedule integrity.
