Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a seasoned Global Mobility Specialist to join the IMEA Mobility & Security team in Riyadh. You will coordinate immigration and mobility services across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, ensuring compliant, timely and employee-focused support.

You will work with HC Operations, Recruiting and external partners to maintain accurate records, manage cases end-to-end, and provide guidance on regulatory changes and documentation. Strong Arabic and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration or HC operations.
• GCC immigration experience preferred, especially in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Mobility and immigration activities across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Advise employees and stakeholders on immigration requirements for cross-border staffing and assignments.
• Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion: permits, visas, renewals and cancellations.
• Support in-country processes including medicals, biometrics and health insurance.
• Maintain accurate relocation records and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update guidance and templates.
• Prepare and issue required letters and documentation.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility, HC, Recruiting and external partners.
