Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Monitor stock levels and warehouse movement; ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with Oman customs and free zone regulations.
• Arrange trucks and delivery schedules; coordinate with drivers and logistics providers for timely delivery.
• Track shipment status, delays, and performance; update ERP/logistics systems for reporting.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents to resolve delays and maintain flow.
