Aspen Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Professional Services Project Management Office, supporting the Middle East region. You will lead the delivery of cutting-edge technology projects for market-leading organizations, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading IT project management with at least 10 years PM experience.
• Experience in process industry (oil & gas, petrochemicals or related).
• Experience managing multiple projects across functions and locations.
• Experience with international customers primarily in the Middle East (and possibly Eastern Europe/India).
• Excellent communications skills (written and oral).
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Strategically monitors and manages projects.
• Delivers software implementation projects on budget and on schedule with high customer satisfaction.
• Manages all PM phases from initiation to closeout.
• Supervises contractors, consultants and engineers on projects.
• Ensures compliance with reporting and documentation requirements.
• Communicates and develops relationships with clients.
• Ensures high customer satisfaction through best delivery practices.
• Collaborates across R&D, Support, Product Management, Sales and other teams.
• Brings projects back on track through changes and strong leadership.
