Job summary

Truetech Solutions in Oman seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation to closure, defining scope, timelines and resources. You will coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, business, and client teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, track risks, manage dependencies, and ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, handover, and closure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Technical Project Management.
• End-to-end technology project delivery expertise.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs and integrations.
• Strong stakeholder and client management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and management updates.
• Manage vendors and third-party technology partners where required.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, handover, and project closure.

Preferred

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or digital transformation projects.
