Job summary

Tawteen is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to oversee shipment supervision and data analytics for finished products. You will collect customer feedback, organize data, and support reporting across departments.

You will handle customer quality complaints and drive improvement projects, lead audit actions, and convert external quality requirements into internal standards to ensure end-to-end consistency. English and Arabic communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in QC tools and quality management.
• Knowledge of photovoltaic cell technology.
• English Proficiency CET-6 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipment supervision and data statistics for finished products.

• Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and follow up quality demands.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the shipment supervision and control of the company s finished products as well as the statistics of related data
• Responsible for collecting summarizing customer feedback and internal feedback
• Complete the response to customer demands organize and file basic customer information and cooperate with the department to complete data review and reporting work
• Be responsible for organizing the handling of customer product quality complaints quality incidents and special improvement projects
• Regularly summarize and analyze customer complaints organize relevant departments to summarize experience promote and track the implementation of improvement actions
• Be responsible for receiving customer production supervision and factory audit teams take the lead in rectifying and improving problems found in customer factory audits
• Responsible for the attendance summary of department staff and the collection of office supplies
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner
• Responsible for collecting customers special quality requirements and inspection specifications converting them into internal inspection standard and synchronizing them to production and inspection links to ensure the consistency of the whole process
• Regularly collect quality data such as customer complaints returns and audit non-conformities compile weekly monthly quality reports and output quality trend analysis and improvement suggestions to the superior
• Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys for key customers follow up non-urgent quality demands from customers actively respond to daily quality consultations and maintain a good customer quality interface relationship

Educational Requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, Priority given to English major; Proficient in mastering quality knowledge such as the seven major QC techniques and understanding of photovoltaic cell technology.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirements: Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office, familiarity with the usage of relevant system software.In daily work, it is necessary to have smooth Arabic and English communication. CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency certificate
