Job summary

Euro Staffs in Nizwā, DA, OM is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee logistics, inventory control, vendor coordination, and shipments across the Middle East. The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and focuses on streamlining end-to-end processes, managing regional customs documentation, tracking freight, and optimizing inventory turns to support growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or freight coordination in UAE/GCC.
• Strong ERP and MS Excel skills with warehouse/inventory systems experience.
• Knowledge of GCC customs clearance and incoterms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, inventory control, vendor coordination, and shipments across M.E.
• Prepare import/export docs, certificates of origin, invoices, and BOL filings.
• Monitor stock levels and PO workflows to prevent stockouts.
• Negotiate rates with 3PLs and carriers; track KPIs.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to reconcile costs.
