Job summary

noon Oman is seeking a logistics and fulfillment leader to oversee the day-to-day management and strategic development of our multi‑channel fulfillment network in the region. You will work with Logistics, Planning and Central operations to hit targets and enforce procedures, while ensuring accuracy in inbound, stores, shipping and inventory records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, at least 3 years of e‑commerce experience, strong analytical and people

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or supply management or similar.
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce experience.
Strong analytical and business acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proven people-centric leadership in fast-paced growth.
Commitment to safety as a core value.
Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day and strategic development of multi-channel fulfillment network.
Collaborate with Logistics, Planning, Central operations to hit targets and enforce procedures.
Oversee inbound, stores, shipping, QC and inventory records.
People management: hiring, training, performance appraisals, addressing issues.
Develop staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives and change initiatives; set expectations for Area Managers.
