The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless, personalized and memorable guest journey in line with Anantara service standards. The role provides leadership across Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Desk, Villa Hosts and other Front Office functions, while driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team engagement and service quality.
The position plays a key role in maximizing room and villa revenue through effective upselling, promoting the resort’s loyalty programme and strengthening guest recognition and engagement. The Front Office Manager works closely with all operational departments and supports the Resort Leadership Team in achieving excellence in guest experience, operational performance and financial objectives.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day management and performance of the Front Office operation, ensuring a seamless guest journey and consistent delivery of Anantara service standards across all touchpoints.
The role provides leadership and direction across all Front Office sections, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Bell Desk, Villa Hosts and other guest‑facing Front Office functions, ensuring effective coordination, communication and operational efficiency throughout the guest journey.
The Front Office Manager oversees daily operations, guest arrivals and departures, room and villa allocation, guest requests and complaints, VIP and repeat guest recognition, service recovery and overall guest satisfaction. The role ensures close collaboration with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, Security, Finance, F&B and other operational departments to deliver a seamless resort experience.
The position is responsible for team scheduling, performance management, coaching and development, service standards, team engagement, operational controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role will also actively drive villa and room upselling opportunities, maximize revenue through effective front office practices, and promote the resort’s loyalty programme and guest enrolment initiatives.
The Front Office Manager will support the Resort Leadership Team in achieving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, financial objectives and overall resort performance, while fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
The role will contribute to maintaining high standards of service quality, guest engagement and operational efficiency, while ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Anantara brand promise and supports the overall guest experience of the resort.
