Job summary

IFFCO Group is seeking an Executive for Sales Modern Trade & D&S in Sohar, Oman. You will manage an assigned sales team, oversee coverage, drive category growth and ensure delivery targets and cash collections.

The role requires 1–3 years MT/KA management in FMCG, 3–5 years FMCG experience, and a Bachelor’s or MBA in business/management. You will plan promotions, review accounts, and lead a small field team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing MT (KA) in the assigned market.
• 3–5 years FMCG experience, preferably in food products sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales targets and plans for all categories.
• Manage a team of salesmen and merchandisers.
• Oversee customer relationships and collections.
• Plan promotions and store activations.
• Forecast sales and OTIF deliveries.
• Ensure SKU distribution across outlets.
• Monitor competitors and drive revenue growth.
