Job summary

Converge is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager in Muscat, Oman to lead trade marketing strategy and execution for the Omani market. You will develop channel strategies, drive in-store visibility, and implement trade initiatives to support market share and growth.

Working closely with sales, marketing, distributors, and retail partners, you will manage trade spend and budgets, monitor market activity, and provide commercial insights to strengthen the brand's presence in Oman.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FMCG trade marketing experience within the GCC.
• Strong understanding of the Omani market, including retail and distribution channels.
• Proven experience developing and executing trade marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong experience working closely with sales teams to drive channel performance and in-market execution.
• Experience managing trade spend, budgets, promotions, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
• Proven ability to work with distributors and key retail partners.
• Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant trade marketing tools.

Our client, a leading FMCG brand with a strong and growing presence across the GCC, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager, based in Muscat, to drive trade marketing strategy and execution across the Omani market.

The role will be responsible for developing channel strategies, driving in-store visibility, and delivering trade initiatives that support market share and business growth. You will work closely with sales, marketing, distributors, and retail partners to ensure strong execution across traditional and modern trade.

You will also manage trade investments and budgets, monitor market and competitor activity, and provide commercial insights to support decision-making and strengthen the brand’s presence in Oman.
