Job summary

COYA, a luxury hospitality brand in Muscat, seeks an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house, ensuring flawless service and guest satisfaction during every service.

You will manage the floor operations, coach the service team, build relationships with VIP guests, and collaborate with kitchen, bar and reception to drive excellence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Floor Manager or equivalent in luxury/premium dining.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with VIP guests and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage and wine service.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join our team in Muscat. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, leads from the front and has a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey while leading and inspiring the front-of-house team during every service.

You will:

• Lead the restaurant floor and ensure seamless daily operations.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing service team.
• Create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with VIPs and regular guests.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and reception teams to create flawless service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges professionally.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and personalised recommendations.
• Support stock control, cash handling and operational reporting.
• Maintain exceptional standards across the restaurant at all times.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a luxury or premium dining environment.
• Experience working in internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Outstanding guest engagement and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent food, beverage and wine knowledge.
• Experience managing busy, high-volume services without compromising quality.
