Arla Foods in Muscat invites a Logistics Lead to join our Supply Chain team. You will ensure end-to-end logistics planning and execution from suppliers to the main distribution centre and depots across Oman, collaborating with planning, sales, and 3PL partners to maintain low costs and high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (SCM, logistics, business administration).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and advanced Excel reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate 1st-mile and 2nd-mile transportation activities to ensure timely product movement, depot replenishment and strong OTIF performance.
• Manage inventory across the Main DC and depot network, ensuring stock availability, inventory accuracy and efficient replenishment.
• Monitor service performance with 3PL partners to ensure delivery accuracy, vehicle utilization and KPIs.
• Coordinate promotional logistics requirements, customs clearance activities, re-export operations and logistics claims.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel to monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimisation.
