Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a in Muscat seeks a Logistics Lead to drive end-to-end logistics planning and execution, covering transport from suppliers to the main distribution centre and to depots across Oman.

You will collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery, accurate inventory, and efficient replenishment while leveraging SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel for reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years’ experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and advanced Excel reporting.
• Experience with customs clearance, import/export processes and logistics cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate 1st-mile and 2nd-mile transportation activities to ensure timely product movement.
• Manage inventory across the Main DC and depot network, ensuring stock availability and accuracy.
• Monitor service performance with 3PL partners and drive KPI improvements.
• Coordinate promotional logistics, customs clearance, re-export activities and logistics claims.
• Utilise SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel to monitor logistics performance and cost optimisation.
