Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Oman is seeking a finance professional to manage month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role covers variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, VAT/withholding tax reporting, bank reconciliations, and cost control activities within SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP.

Ideal candidates hold a finance/accounting degree with CMA/CPA/ACCA and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• CMA/CPA/ACCA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in financial accounting, costing and budgeting; SAP S4 Hana or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly flash and IFRP reports with variance analysis.
• Ensuring accurate month-end closing with reconciliations and accruals.
• Overseeing approvals, ICM settlements, and cost control activities.
• Managing daily bank, cash, and receipt reconciliations.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts.
• Handling insurance coverage and claims.
• Preparing VAT and withholding tax reports.
